Mac Sonoma 14.4.1 sees the P1102w but doesn't print

I have a new mac, OS Sonoma 14.4.1. I used to be able to print to my p1102w. Now with the new mac, System Settings sees the printer, and it appears to print, doesn't show any errors, but the pages aren't printed.
I reset printing and added the printer again, turned it off and on, disconnected and reconnected, removed and fanned the paper. Still get the same result. The print job shows up in the queue and appears to complete normally. But no pages are printed. Any suggestions?

Update: I was poking around looking for help to print to the LaserJet p1102w on wifi and I found a driver that was updated in September 2022. I installed that driver and...NOW I CAN PRINT!

I reset printing and readded the printer.

I wasn't able to get wifi to work but just happy to be able to print to this perfectly good printer!

Yea, that was the driver I listed earlier.  I do not know why they are at apple and  not at HP. Possibly apple developed the code in conjunctions with HP and it is their drivers.

I'm glad you got it working.

I have an old HP cm1415 LJ printer and It can use any cartridges: refilled, genuine or counterfeit. Some of the really cheap ones leak the toner powder badly but it is not near as bad as ink.  A lot of forms can be filled out on the internet, digitally signed and emailed.  I use my label printer more often than the LJ.
