Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Color Laser Jet Pro MFP  M277dw

I have upgraded my computer from Windows 10 to 11 and now my printer will only print one sided despite being double sided by default. I am using the same paper as I always have done and I can print double sided when using my phone.  Why has this happened and what can I do?

Check the device settings for duplex is it set to Installed
