Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e on the front of it.  When I go to my HP Smart, the printer listed is HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series.  I'm having an issue with it printing (it smears and fades) but when I go to get help, the help doesn't list it as 9015e.  Are they the same?

Also, when I go online to do troubleshooting to clean the printer heads, the instructions listed don't follow what's on my printer screen ... there is no option to clean the printer heads.  I just changed cartridges so they are brand spanking new HP cartridges.  Thanks.

From the printers front panel menu you can find under print quality menu printhead cleaning.

The 9010 series covers more than one printer model which is why its series, 9015 is included in that series.

Thanks.  What would be causing it to not print correctly?  I was going to clean the printer head but I don't know how.  My other all-in-ones did it automatically but this one doesn't.  When I go online, it gives me instructions but I don't have the same printer screen that they refer to so the instructions don't work.

Finally found the printer info under the settings icon.  Thanks.
