I need to receive the original software for my HP notebook to fix major issues with computer. How can I download this?

I checked to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool and for some reason, it isn't.

So, the only place I know of where you can get the original HP factory recovery media would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home ML - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L49933-001 For Laptop Model Num...

 

If you don't need to factory reset the notebook and you just need links to the drivers and software, you can find those at the link below:
