@Yara

If you tried the instruction given above and it didn't work. Try to uninstall this program "HP system event utility"

it works on me

Banhien, for #4 I was unable to find Advanced Keyboard Settings.  I tried a search for on-screen keyboard in settings, enabled it, clicked on the option button, but there was no Turn on toggle keys option to uncheck.

@AferAI Many people had the same issue, but it was cause by a logitech app. Deleting the "HP sy4em event utility" program solved the issue for me. Thank you!

OMG THANK YOU! i also found another solution which is to go to task manager and disable the HP system utility and like never let it on unless i decide it, but anyways i think I'm gonna follow your instructions because I don't think I'll be using it anymore

half of these options do not exist in the settings window. there isn't even 'advanced keyboard settings' in the keyboard section.

First you have to search in Start: HP System Event Utility, then select app settings

Set app background to 'Never' (in my case Mai)

And terminate it (in my case "Interrompi")
