Welcome to the HP Poly community. The companion app is the end of life and has been replaced with Poly Lens desktop.

 

A community search finds >this< in regards to the companion app.

 

For any follow-up questions, if no other volunteer replies, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
