i can't update the firmware to 2.1.1.001162. It downloads the firmware but then says "uh oh we have a problem.  the sofware update didn't complete successfully"

Hello,
I've got the same problem on Studio USB.
I try to update the firmware from 1.4.0.000870 to 2.1.1.001162 using Poly Lens.
It downloads the firmware but then says "Uh oh we have a problem. The sofware update didn't complete successfully"
I tried on several Studio's, with different internet provider, on different computer, change cable: same result.
Hope you can help.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

I suggest you try the old Companion App and then finally upgrade via Poly Lens. A community search finds >this<

 

If this fails I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
