Webcam well works with camo preinstalled software. When I try to set webcam with windows hello person's shot normally appears, but facial recognition area for scanning is not activated. So I can't activate it.

Hi. Thanks for your fast reply. This Issue is solved. I noticed that HP webcam 960 4k cannot work as it does not install IR sensor necessary for facial recognition. I had to install the webcam that came with the PC to solve this problem. I can't understand the lack of support (or loading) for ir drivers.

the camera is not advertised as compatible with Windows Hello as far as I am aware.

In fact, the compatibility is for Windows 11. The one for Windows Hello is not mentioned anywhere. However, this is certainly misleading. Thanks for the feedback.
