Studio R30
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a Poly Studio R30. It does make a cracking noise whenever a sound is played that is louder than whispering. It is that cracking noice you hear when a very small speaker got to much power from the amplifier and some frequencies just play cracking sound.

The webcam's software is up to date. Can anybody here help me or can anyone from HP/Poly look into my case 5119556074 just to tell me how to go on from here.

Yesterday, a little more than 24 hours ago, I opened a ticket with HP Support but there is no response until now. Not even "We are looking into your case. Please give us xx hours/days.) I hope that is an exception since most people with professional videoconferencing hardware can not wait that long for a solution.

Hello @SysErr,

Welcome to the HP Poly community!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We intend to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers, but unfortunately, we failed to meet your expectations this time. Not to worry, I will escalate this issue to the concerned team, who will get in touch with you to resolve the issue you are facing with the Poly Studio R30.
