Product: Blackwire 3325 USB-A

My Mic has stopped working suddenly. I have connected another same device of my colleague which works properly. Also connected to different machine but still does not work. Speakers work perfect just the Mic has stopped taking input. Bought it just 6 months ago still in warranty.

It started working I just needed to update the software from Poly Lens App.
