Product: Rove B4 Base Station

Hi, I am facing issue with Poly Rove B4 connected to Microsoft Teams Sip Gateway.

If i call a user that is already on the phone, i should hear (from Rove 30) busy tone or busy indication on display.

Nothing of that happens. Call is just hang up, with no signal either display indications.

Any other?

Fw is last one: 8.0.8 0001.

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature. They can work with you on getting some logs to analyze or confirm this would be working as designed.
