Samsung M4583fx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a Samsung M4583fx with a faulty hdd.

I want to replace it but I can't find the recovery files for the usb stick.

If possible, please give me a download link.

Thank you

Installed a Seagate 500GB hdd.
The recovery procedure from the stick takes quite a long time and the equipment restarts several times. The first time it gave me an error. On the second attempt, everything worked.
It works now. Thank you very much.

Waiting for moderator to enable PM so I can send you some information that should solve your problem. Keep in mind that SSD drives are not supported by these products. It is also possible that you will need an SED drive.

What can I do to speed up receiving messages?

One thing I will tell you right now is that you cannot use an SSD drive in this product, it must be a spinning disk and you may well need a SED (Self encrypting) drive.

On the equipment was a regular 2.5 Toshiba MQ01ABF032 hdd
I mounted another hdd, the recovery menu entered and now I'm impatiently waiting for the files for the usb stick.

thank you
