Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Connects to WiFi, to laptop, to phone, but refuses to print because it cannot "connect to Web Services".  Any update attempt fails.  No virtual agent helps.  Sometimes "ERROR CODE 0XB8391646" shows up on display, but not even Google can find that anywhere on the internet.
