Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having pickup issues with my printer. I can print 1 or 2 pages but then I start getting paper jam tray 2 errors. I pull the tray out and pull the paper out. The paper is not damaged which made me think that the pickup roller probably needed cleaned. While I was in there I took the separation roller out and cleaned it also. I put everything back together but the problem is still there. My question is, does the separation roller spin freely?

Just had this issue with a 475 and it was the exit sensor for the fuser. It is an optical sensor mounted on the back of the fusing assembly
