Product: Poly phone says searching

I have poly phones in my restaurant. They say searching. Why?

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Phone Model and/or Software version for the HP Poly product you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the model and any software version.

 

As you can imagine Poly has produced many different solutions so we need some more details.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with whoever supplied this to you.
