Welcome to the HP Community --

1)  The HP Virtual Agent has been around for a long time, since before the recent advent of "AI" assisted search.

Until something changes, the HPVA is not AI - it is a program that can reliably answer a certain number and type of questions.  It cannot answer questions or queries outside of its coded expertise.

2)  In my opinion, your best option to engage a conversation about Hotspot activities is at a forum that focuses on this type of use or perhaps at a Windows forum.  For example,  perhaps try at the Microsoft Community.

If your computer does not have a WWAN broadband module and a SIM card carrier service installed, consider using your mobile device to tie the computer to your mobile Hotspot.  Note that service depends on the mobile device, the strength of the signal, and other factors.

One Example:   How to Use iPhone Internet On Windows 11 or 10 PC

After a quick search on the Internet, it appears there is more information available on the subject there and elsewhere than in our own Community.

Of course, you can certainly hope another Expert chimes in here with a better answer.

Examples

Windows 11 Mobile Hotspot - slow and unstable speed

and

windows 10 hotspot speed significantly slows after a few minutes

3)  You are "here" instead of at HP Support perhaps because HP Support has declined to answer questions about Hotspot activity.

What?  Standard Warranty, even for business grade systems, does not generally cover how you use the equipment.
