I can not connect to hp 6500 series from chrome book every printer from hp sucks

The 6500 (and the 6500a) use only the 2.4ghz band. You cannot use wifi-direct to connect to it from your chromebook unless it is on the same 2.4ghz band.   You need to connect to the modem.

 

Configure your modem to have a different name for the 2.4ghz band as explained by @Dragon-Fur
