HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0068wm
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I want to update my wireless connection card. I have had problems with bluetooth and wifi. And I wanted to know if I could upgrade that component to one with better features. Does anyone know which one I could install on my laptop?

Hi:

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has a Realtek RTL8822BE Wi-Fi adapter.

HP PartSurfer

You should be able to replace that model Wi-Fi card with this model:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # L35282-005.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:

Before installing the new card, uninstall the Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters and drivers in the device manager.

In the meantime, have you tried the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter?
