Hi @Debi72,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Experiencing issues with your Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E PCI-E NIC adapter on your HP Envy x360 laptop could be frustrating, but there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.

Restart your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve driver or hardware-related issues.

Update Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your WiFi adapter. You can download the latest drivers from the HP support website or Realtek's official website.

Device Manager Check: Go to Device Manager, locate your WiFi adapter, right-click on it, and select "Update driver." You can also try uninstalling the driver and then restarting your laptop to let it reinstall automatically.

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for driver-related issues.

Disable/Re-enable WiFi Adapter: In Device Manager, you can try disabling the WiFi adapter and then re-enabling it to see if that resolves the issue.

Check for Physical Issues: Ensure that the WiFi adapter is properly seated in the PCI-E slot and that there are no physical damages.

Reset TCP/IP Stack: Open Command Prompt as administrator and type the following commands:

netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset

System Restore: If the issue started recently, you can try restoring your system to a point before the issue began.

Remember to back up any important data before attempting major troubleshooting steps like system restores.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
