Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

I had purchased my HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (167S1AV) not so long ago and now suddenly while watching a movie it started showing lines on the screen no physical damage no liquid damage nothing. I tried contacting HP for help and one lady picked up my call and said HP support will contact me In 24 hrs. 3 days has passed no one contacted me so i called again and another lady picked up she remote controlled my laptop and updated my BIOS , nothing happened so she disconnected without saying anything and never contacted again. i am trying to contact again but no one is picking up This is outrageous this laptop costed me a fortune and now i cant even use it properly. Please do something about it

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Are the lines displayed on external monitor ?

 

- Shutdown notebook

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
