I have been paying for instant ink for coming on nearly 2 years. Recently my printer stopped printing and keeps giving error messages regarding the (tri colour) ink cartridge. While troubleshooting this issue I came to look at my account dashboard and it shows I am not enrolled in instank ink. Yet my credit card is charged every month by HP so in what way am I not enrolled? Moreover I cannot see anyway to inform HP I need replacement ink cartridges as the ones I currently have seem to be faulty now. Everything had been working perfectly up until last week. Why is there no way to contact HP if I need replacement ink when I am paying for this service?

My firmware is up to date, and I have tried the Print and Scan Doctor. My issue here is how can I engage with HP over my account and sort out why the dashboard shows my instant ink status as "not enrolled"? Trying to use the chatbot is infuriating. I need to deal with a human employee. Then I need to ask them to send me out fresh cartridges.
