i have faced this problem the last two years ;when i check devices security on windows i find that that is no trusted platform module is NOT found but when i check bios i find that it's already enabled .i looked for the latest bios update on HP hardware support but nothing changed .i have no clue what to do i wish that you can help me....

What is the current OS installed on this unit?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
