Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VN14AV)

I purchased this laptop on 8/23/23. My screen quit working so I got in touch with my warranty through Walmart. They told me that it was still under manufacture warranty so I logged in here only to find out that the warranty expired 1 month before I even purchased the computer. I have been unsuccessful in contacting any human at HP which is so Frustrating!!! Has this happened to anyone? How did you get it resolved?
