HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0618nd
Microsoft Windows 11

I just recently lost my charger from my laptop and I used the charger of somebody else which couldn’t charge my laptop at full capacity and only when it was off. Yesterday I got a new charger with 150 wats from the hp website which looks exactly looks like the one I had before. But I have the same problem with it only charging when off. I tried updating and removing the batteries drivers but that did nothing. I tried everything I could but nothing worked. While doing that I also heard a strange noice coming from the laptop. I quickly turned it off and later I turned it on and the noice was gone. But I think that sound was the fan breaking. It now says while booting up that fan 90b a system fan isn’t working. I also did a battery report which displayed that my maximum battery/life was about 85-50%. My question is now what should I do. Should I bring it to an repair shop which can fix these issues or should I do it myself
