Hi @danaawerfwaerd2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with the Omen gaming hub.

It sounds like there might be an issue with the Omen Gaming Hub software or your laptop's settings. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

Restart your laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix software issues. Restart your laptop and try opening the Omen Gaming Hub again.

Check for updates: Ensure that both your Windows operating system and the Omen Gaming Hub software are up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve compatibility issues.

Reinstall the Omen Gaming Hub: If the app is still not opening, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store or the HP website.

Run the app as an administrator: Right-click on the Omen Gaming Hub shortcut and select "Run as administrator" to see if it opens.

Check for conflicting software: Sometimes, other software can interfere with the Omen Gaming Hub. Try disabling or uninstalling any recently installed software to see if it resolves the issue.

Update drivers: Make sure your graphics card drivers and other relevant drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause issues with gaming software.

If none of these steps work, there may be a deeper issue with your laptop's settings or the Omen Gaming Hub software. Consider reaching out to HP phone support as they can help you via remote assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
