Product: Omen 27 monitor

Hello, as listed I have an issue with the stand for the omen 27. Out of the box I was setting it up however I do not hear a click when putting the arm of the stand into the monitor, it also slides out with minimal resistance and I do not need to click the release button to get it out. Is this a factory issue or am I stupid and doing something wrong

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I am not familiar with this monitor. I have set up many monitors produced by various monitor manufacturers over the years.

 

The stand should securely connect to the monitor.

 

It sounds like you have a defective part.
