Hi @schottro,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If none of the USB ports on the back of your OMEN By HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC are charging your Razer mouse when connected to the dock, there might be a few things to consider.

  • Power Output: Check if the USB ports on the back of your PC are providing enough power to charge your Razer mouse. Some USB ports might not deliver sufficient power for charging certain devices.
  • USB Port Specifications: Make sure you're using USB ports that support charging. USB ports are often labeled with symbols indicating their capabilities. Look for ports labeled with a battery icon or "SS" (SuperSpeed) for higher power output.
  • Driver or Software Issue: Ensure that the drivers for your USB ports are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause issues with charging peripherals.
  • Dock Compatibility: Verify that your Razer mouse dock is compatible with the USB ports on your PC. Some docks may require specific types of USB ports or may not work properly with certain configurations.
  • Alternative Charging Methods: If the USB ports on the back of your PC still don't work for charging your Razer mouse, you may need to consider alternative charging methods, such as using a different USB port, connecting the dock to a separate power source, or using a dedicated charging station.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
