I got the computer today and I went into the omen gaming hub and when I went into the cam&voice enhancer tab it started downloading the drivers but it keeps giving me errors what should I doEkran görüntüsü 2024-04-14 232905.png

It sounds like there might be an issue with the drivers or the installation process. Here are a few steps you can try:

 

Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

 

Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection while downloading the drivers.

 

Update the Omen Gaming Hub: Ensure that the Omen Gaming Hub is up to date. You can check for updates in the Microsoft Store or the HP Support Assistant.

 

Check for Windows updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, driver installation issues can be resolved by installing the latest Windows updates.

 

Reinstall the Omen Gaming Hub: If none of the above steps work, you can try reinstalling the Omen Gaming Hub. Uninstall it from the Control Panel or Settings, then download and install the latest version from the Microsoft Store or the HP website.
