I don't know what they told you -- but I am not surprised by this.
Working on an All-in-One requires PRYING off the screen, not removing a handful of screws, and this runs a very high risk of CRACKING the screen -- which the repair shop would then have to replace at their own expense. I had this happen a couple of years ago despite the tech being very careful.
We don't have any listings or directory of repair shops so unfortunately, there is nothing we can provide you.
