Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-1000a (6M9M4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have 3 different Desktop Computers with 6 different monitors have the same issue.  My current Desktop is the OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-1000a, with 3 Samsung Odyssey G51C 32" QHD FreeSync Premium Gaming Monitor with HDR10, connected by Display Port (2 devices) and HDMI (1 Device)  I have had this same issue with 2 previous Cyberpower PC's receiving the same error on these monitors as well as 3 other Samsung Monitors that I no longer have.  The full error is:
