Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So basically, I am waiting for my PC to ship back to me from BB, but they told me that they haven't recieved my PC yet from an HP repair center back in the mainland. How do I track it with only my serial number?

HP Recommended

We have no interface with them, and we are unable to track it -- so you will have to contact them for tracking or status information.
