HP Pavilion P6520F lost sound possibly due to a recent Win10 update? Updating sound devices has not helped, and even uninstall and reinstall them.

Hi:

 

It's possible, but normally the Realtek audio doesn't need drivers for W10.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest audio driver from the Realtek website:

 

4th one on the list:
