HP ProBook 450 G9
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am needing to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop and the HP Recovery Tool is not working.  When i type in the Product ID, it gives error message "saying product ID does not match or is invalid".  I have double checked and I am typing it in correctly.

I have tried reinstalling the HP Recovery Tool but getting same message.  Need help on resolving issue.

Is there way to download the Windows OS from the HP website?

You need to use the version of the cloud recovery software for business PC's which can be found on your notebook's support page, under the Software - Security section.

HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC Software and Driver Details

The HP Cloud Recovery Client.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

You enter the PC's serial number in the utility's search window if you need to use it on another PC.
