the replacement power supply came in about 2 hours ago I plugged in all the wires to motherboard and plugged in power cord to PSU  and it didn't turn on actually nothing happened I double check wires and still nothing no flashing LEDs no spinning fans for a second absolutely nothing does that mean theres another problem

That would most likely  mean that the non-compatible PSU that you used before has damaged the motherboard.
