HP Latex 115 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the reason why HP technicians never directly find the solution to a problem with their equipment? I have an HP Latex 115 printer, suddenly it stopped printing the blue ones to print purple, I was at the ISA expo in Orlando and I stopped at the HP stand, I asked the question to one of the technicians present there, they had a meeting of three specialists hp latex, the brainstorming began, all of its questions and supposed solutions I had already read in different forums on the Internet, (will it be the print heads?, will it be the ink?, will it be in advance of the substrate?, will it be the profiles? ICC? Is the sensor dirty?, etc, etc...) they asked each other the same questions and in the end, I continue with my printer printing the blue ones as purple ones, I will have to invest in 4 heads, 7 ink cartridges, another roll of vinyl to do tests until luckily we found the solution, thanks HP, if the printers were bodies their organs would end up being removed and the answer would be, I'm sorry, we did everything possible!
