Problems sharing content into teams rooms conference on a poly device. With the recommend resolution of the latptop , sometimes the screen stay black.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, the Partner application, or even the HP Poly Product itself you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Hi

 

The product is a Poly X30 configurate with MS Teams.

 

as the lasted firmware version.

 

this simple appen when sharing a window , if share the screen or through a file , everything ok.

and only appen with MS Office apps

 

Another thing ,  if i reduce the resolution of the laptop to 1920x1080 , it work fine.

stating "the latest" does not help anyone in days, months, or years to come. Please always specify what is currently running on the Poly end and from our Partner Microsoft as what you may assume is the latest may not be the latest for others.

 

I suggest you contact our partner Microsoft as they control:

 

- The Platform you are using

- They provide us OEMs with the Application you are using

- Can answer any restrictions around the Application

 

I suggest you open a ticket and/or post in a Microsoft focused community and feel free to come back and update this post for others to learn once you got an answer.

 

Other volunteers may reply but if you need urgent help please work with our support organization in your region.
