Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544M1AV)

Hey guys!
Could you please clarify why a laptop (845 G9 with 6850U) configured with only 17 watts "slow-limit" (PPT LIMIT SLOW
) by default? It gives around 2.2 GHz max during workload, for this CPU it is quite slow. 

The configuration of 865 G9 with almost the same heatsink and overall cooling solution is set to 25 watts by this parameter and I think that there are happened some misconfiguration.
