OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue with my omen laptop. For the past 4-5 months, I've been experiencing a problem where the laptop unexpectedly shuts down as I lift my laptop or tilt the screen a bit. My laptop won't power on immediately. Holding the power button for a few seconds is necessary to get it to start.

Despite contacting your service center numerous times, the problem persists. Initially, they diagnosed it as a motherboard issue, but the issue remains after a replacement. Additionally, an engineer visited my location and suggested a CMOS issue; however, the problem continued after their service.

I even performed a complete laptop reset, but the issue persists.

Frankly, this experience was so poor as I  didn't expect from HP.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue permanently.
