Reposting back to the correct category since HP has mis-categorized all OBI 1xxx and 2xxx phones as ATA adapters.  Please do not "fix" the category.

On my OBi2182 phone, about 5 seconds after it finishes booting up, an icon pops up in the upper right that is two rotating arrows, one yellow and one white.   It never goes away or changes.  It's similar, but not the reboot needed icon.

What does this icon mean?  I've searched online and gone through the admin guide but can't find it anywhere.
