The HP Community is where owners of HP products, like you, volunteer to help each other find solutions.

This is my second post about this issue.  We were promised lifetime support for our Obihai devices, but HP has chosen to end the support.  There are a lot of Obi users out there that had not even heard that support would be ending (I know that I had not heard anything about it until yesterday after support had already ended.  HP needs to step up and support the product line even if that is to maintain the existence of the ObiTalk web site for device configuration.  Yo simply abandon  the product after you purchased the company is very irresponsible.

Please continue support for the ObiTalk web site.

Hello @DDTex ,

welcome to the HP Poly community. As the name states this is just a community for volunteers and not a replacement for the official HP Support Infrastructure.

ObiHai as a company was purchased by Polycom back in January 2018. Polycom at that point was not a publicly traded company. Polycom as such was acquired in March 2018 by Plantronics. Plantronics and Polycom formed the new company, Poly.

Poly was then acquired by HP which closed the deal in August 2022.

As already suggested you should contact our Support organization in your region about any queries from previous brands.

Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
