We deployed about 20 Poly Rove 30 phones with bases.  The coverage seemed to work at first but now not so much.  Too many dead spots when too far away from the phones base.  Do I need to buy a Rove 8 repeater for every phone in the building or multiple repeaters per phone to cover the entire area?

From personal experience, I would work with a Poly reseller or Poly support and ensure you have a site survey done. This is not free of charge.
