Hi Steffen, just wondering if you have heard any more about the upcoming Poly Studio USB firmware update that will hopefully resolve the Windows 11 echo/driver issue?

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

While I am honored that you address me directly by name it may put other volunteers off.

 

I am pretty sure we provided a hotfix to customers with Expansion Microphones via EN-237837 so I can only ask you if this is urgent, to work with support.

 

Once the release is GA a volunteer will post about this. As a public trading company, we cannot comment on future releases via a community forum.

Sorry Steffen, I thought I had been speaking with you previously about it, but couldn't find a reference. Looks like I has talking to a HP/Poly Tech previously about it, and he mentioned a new version with a fix that is coming out for the echo.

In relation to EN-237837, we don't use expansion microphone, this is using the inbuilt microphone and has only occurred since Windows 11.

I will follow it up with HP/Poly.
