Hello. Using a Voyager 4240. It is connected to a desk phone with an EHS cable, connected to a computer via the USB port. When using the device with the desk phone, and joining a screen share in Teams, the device drops the phone call. The only way around this we’ve found is to unplug the USB cable from the dock. Any suggestions on how to get the device to not drop a live desk phone call when joining a teams screen share? Thank you!
