I don't know where this would go so I just put it here. When seriel number is put in on contact page it is seen as invalid. I have put it in multiple different ways that could be done, such as a 1 being an l, or an o being a 0. It doesn't work at all. The headset in question, the HP Reverb G2V2 does not start up no matter what I do. Light on the box lights up like its working, but the headset doesn't wake and windows does not recognize the headset. Can someone please help me.
