HP Recommended

I have a Plantronics C3220 USB-A headset.  The Mac, OS 13.5.2 Ventura sees it as a Blackwire 3220 Series. Poly Lens shows Software 210 with an available update of 222. But when I select the update button I get the following error:

Software Update Failed

Uh oh.We have a problem.

The software update didn't successfully complete.

The poly.com site does not recognize its [Personal Information Removed].

Anyone have any insights?
