When I connect my Poly Blackwire 5220 to USB port, there is a noise from the headset and the light indicator blinks 10 times. Sometimes the noise disappears after 10 seconds, sometimes it lasts for minutes so I can't use the headset.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Blackwire 5220.

 

Could you please try the headset with a different PC and let me know if the issue still persists?
