Does anyone know if the "beeping on hold" or "the beeping during the transfer of a call" heard by the user in the headset can be disabled on a Blackwire C3200 series headset?  This control is not present in Poly Lens for the Blackwire 3200 series. We are using the headset with Cisco jabber.  We tried a firmware upgrade, but that did not work to stop the beeping. If anyone can help, we'd appreciate your input.

Hello, @Paula_E, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Blackwire C3200.

Could you please try setting the targeted soft phone under the lens and setting the headset as the default device under PC sound settings?

Please avoid using docking stations.
