Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, I purchased a new motherboard for my PC. The model of the motherboard is ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming. The USB ports on the motherboard are USB 3.2. However, my G2 VR headset cannot connect to these ports on the motherboard and displays an error message saying "Check USB cable or connection." What should I do to resolve this issue?
