Sync 60-M

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue with two Poly Sync 60.

 

The first Sync 60 is connected to the PC with a USB C cable and always works while the second one is in a daisy chain connected with the first Sync wirelessly. 

 

Everything works normally, but every 2 days the speakers automatically disconnect and I have to connect them again in the daisy chain holding the rounded button on the side.

 

As they are installed in our main boardroom I'm always receiving random complaints about one of the microphones not working. 

 

Is anyone else having the same issue?

thank you for your reply.

 

I can see that all the issue related with these speakers are mostly dead. 

Both broken sync and aggressive noise suppression applies to me as well.

 

Is the only solution buying something else?

only if someone opens an actual support case and works with our team any issues found can be addressed and fixed.
