Dear Support Team,

The Poly sync 20 speaker phone is not working properly. Sound is not working. I can't hear any single tone from the speaker phone since morning. I was restored as default setting, but problem is the same.

 

Kindly guide me to resolve the issue.

Hi!

Please try setting the Sync 20 as default audio device under PC sound setting. Also ensure that the Sync 20 firmware is up-to-date.
